The Owner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SHK9 from any and all damages, claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and related costs, arising out of or related to SHK9 services, except those arising from the gross negligence or intentional and willful misconduct of SHK9. This includes, without limitation, any inaccuracies in statements made by the Owner or information provided by the Owner to SHK9; and any actions involving the Owner's dog, such as property destruction, dog bites, injury, transmission of disease, and any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement by the Owner. SHK9 reserves the right to immediately adjust the dog board and train schedule if deemed necessary to protect the health and well-being of the Owner's dog, SHK9 dogs, or SHK9 staff.

In the event of a Category 1 or 2 hurricane, the owner acknowledges and understands that we will remain at the 676 Rabbit Run, Youngstown, FL 32466 property. The owner accepts that unforeseen events due to acts of God may occur and releases StoneHaven K9, Lyric Edwards, and Christopher Edwards from any liability for claims, injuries, accidents, or death involving their dog.

If the hurricane reaches Category 3 or higher, the owner agrees with StoneHaven K9, Lyric Edwards, and Chris Edwards on evacuating the premises. The owner authorizes any necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of both their dog and those caring for them during the evacuation.

The dogs will be transported and kept in high-security crates, specifically "Impact Kennels," which we use regularly for their board and train sessions. These crates will provide safety both during travel and throughout any storm.

I have been given the option to pick up my dog before any hurricane.I am electing to have my dog stay with Lyric and Chris Edwards during the hurricane, whether due to distance or other personal reasons, reguardless of staying at 676 rabbit run, or evacuating.

In the event of an evacuation, the designated address is Chris Edwards' parents' house at 616 Cove Rd, Abbeville, AL 36310.
